What it does
A pixel cat that wanders above the prompt, shows what tool Claude is using, announces when a turn finishes, and keeps an eye on your usage limits.
- Shows up
- An animated cat lane above the prompt
- Works in
- Terminal and Claude Desktop
- Commands
- /cat, /mods
- Uses your plan
- No
- Changes files
- Nothing
- Network
- None
How it works
- Wanders above the prompt and shows the current tool in a speech bubble, with a prop
- Announces a finished turn, with a toast when a turn ran longer than 20 seconds
- Shows 5-hour, 7-day and context usage, with toasts at 75% and 90% of the 5-hour limit
- Pet, settings, pack and Hide buttons sit under the cat; /cat toggles it
Good to know
- Switch packs for an adventurer who mines, chops trees and fights zombies instead.
- Coat, speed, scene, popups, hat and usage numbers are saved across sessions.
- It naps on a perch after 5 minutes idle, or when your 5-hour limit runs out.
