How it works

  1. /pixelband opens a menu to pick a scene or an image, a style, a size and a crop
  2. Draws the picture above the prompt in block characters, two pixels per row
  3. Shrinks to a 3-row strip while Claude works, then grows back when the turn ends
  4. Shimmers while working, sparkles when a turn finishes and glitches on an error

Good to know

  • Animated GIFs play, and /pixelband set <image> --here gives one project its own picture.
  • Styles include gameboy, pico8, mono and sepia, switched with /pixelband style.
  • If the menu ignores keys, press ctrl+x then tab to give it the keyboard.
