How it works

  1. Each scene has a level from 0 (off) to 10 that follows how busy the agent is
  2. Watches tool calls and running subagents, so the scene builds as work picks up
  3. Draws frames from block, quadrant and braille characters in 24-bit color
  4. /flow controls it; /flow 8 holds a level and /flow save makes it your default

Good to know

  • It can also run in a tall pane beside the transcript instead of above the prompt.
  • In Claude Desktop the same frames are drawn as images.
  • If /flow is missing after install, claude --debug shows why mods didn't load.
